Sebastian Mederer will join the executive boards of Kravag-Logistic Versicherungs-AG, Kravag-Allgemeine Versicherungs-AG and Kravag-SACH Versicherungs-VaG as of 1 January 2026. The supervisory boards of the three companies have appointed the 44-year-old for a five-year term.

Mederer has held senior management roles at Kravag’s parent company R+V Versicherung for more than a decade and currently heads the corporate customers composite. He succeeds Michael Busch, who will retire at the end of 2025. Kravag provides insurance for commercial road transport in Germany and a long-standing partner of road transport cooperatives according to its own information. Founded in Hamburg, the company is celebrating its 75th anniversary this year.
