New B&H unit at Heathrow
B&H Worldwide has expanded its UK operations with a new 6,000 sqft office and warehouse unit near Heathrow airport.
The addition, located just 10 minutes from the airport, provides a dedicated inventory management solution for an aircraft engine leasing customer. The facility supports 24/7 receipt and dispatch of aviation parts, aiming to cut aircraft-on-ground times for carriers. It is equipped with CAA-compliant security measures, CCTV, temperature and humidity controls, and storage for dangerous goods.
Customers gain visibility of stock through B&H’s 'Firsttrac' platform, which already manages more than 7,000 line items transferred into the new warehouse. Alan Barlow, head of operations in the UK at B&H Worldwide, said that "this investment in our Heathrow headquarters underscores our dedication to meeting the evolving demands of the aerospace sector."
