Leviahub acquires GSI Software to expand in Spain
Leviahub has acquired GSI Software, a Cádiz-based provider of supply chain technology solutions, strengthening its footprint in the Spanish market where it already operates in Barcelona and Madrid. The move is part of Leviahub’s broader internationalisation strategy and adds a strong vertical expertise in customs technology to its portfolio.
Alessandro Parovel, Chief Officer of Leviahub, said the deal marks "a key step in rewriting the routes of the international supply chain with advanced products designed for real customer needs." GSI founder Javier Prieto added that the partnership "will expand opportunities for growth and allow us to face new challenges with greater strength."
The acquisition follows the integration of other players such as Nova Systems, ithings, Digitalhub and Beconnecthub, consolidating Leviahub’s position as a European leader in digital logistics and customs solutions. (ah)
