Legend Holding invests AED 500 m in Jafza hub
Legend Holding Group has announced an AED 500 m investment in expanding its automotive operations at Jebel Ali free zone (Jafza) by developing a facility that will serve as its regional headquarters and motorcycle assembly hub. This project aims to enhance Dubai's automotive assembly, storage and export capabilities, facilitating operations to over 100 markets.
Construction will occur in two phases, starting with space for 5,000 vehicles in April 2026, eventually expanding to over 20,000 vehicles by January 2028. The facility will incorporate solar power to reduce energy use and utilise advanced logistics systems. It will also feature a dedicated motorcycle assembly line producing up to 10,000 units annually for GCC markets. This project will strengthen Dubai's automotive ecosystem, create skilled jobs and enhance local supply chain management, aligning with Dubai's vision for a world-class automotive hub.
