GLP signs four leases in France
GLP has reported it has secured four new leases in its logistics parks in France, representing nearly 50,000 sqm of warehousing space.
At 'GLP Park Ablaincourt', JD Logistics has taken 12,000 sqm, joining another major client at the 101,000 sqm facility, which is Breeam 'Very Good' certified and features a photovoltaic roof. Maersk has expanded its footprint at 'GLP Park Denain' by leasing the remaining 25,000 sqm, bringing the 100,000 sqm site to full occupancy.
In central France, sneaker retailer Courir is adding 8,300 sqm at 'GLP Park Châteauroux' , increasing the building to 26,000 sqm. Furthermore, tyre distributor Distri Cash has signed for 4,000 sqm at 'Orléans Logistics Park 1' in Ormes. (js)
