DSV finalises Schenker merger
DSV has reported it has completed the integration of DB Schenker in Switzerland, effective 1 September 2025. Following the global acquisition, the two companies will now operate under the DSV name and brand in the country. The new structure includes two legal entities: DSV Air & Sea AG, headed by Dominik Wiesler, and DSV Logistics SA, led by Martin Brunner.
A dedicated contract logistics division under DSV Logistics SA will be managed by Marc Grosse. More than 1,100 employees across 17 locations are now part of the combined DSV organisation. The move aims to strengthen DSV’s market position in Switzerland. (js)
