DHL boosts Hanoi exports with extra freighters
DHL Express has added more than 300 t of weekly air cargo capacity from Hanoi, where the Fiata World Congress is starting today, 6 October 2025, to meet rising demand for high-tech exports. The new capacity is served by Boeing 777 and Airbus A330 freighters operating six days a week via Hong Kong, connecting Vietnam with North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. DHL recorded double-digit growth in tech-related shipments from the Vietnames capital in the first half of 2025, reflecting the city’s role as a hub for laptops, electronics and other high-value products.
