Anglo-Eastern upgrades Hadley fleet
Anglo-Eastern, a leader in technical ship management, has selected Inmarsat’s 'NexusWave' solution to upgrade the fleet of the Hadley Shipping Group.
The transition aims to mark a step forward in adopting bonded 'multi-orbit' connectivity, combining performance, cybersecurity and support for operational and crew needs, as the company reported. Anglo-Eastern, which launched its 'multi-orbit' strategy in 2023, is rolling out NexusWave across a range of managed vessels to accelerate digital transformation and improve cyber-resilience.
According to Anglo-Eastern CIO Torbjorn Dimblad, 'NexusWave' enables a secure, integrated approach. Hadley’s operations director Sunit Das emphasised the benefits for crew welfare and future-proofing. (js)
