Aersale names SVP and counsel
Aersale, a Nasdaq-listed provider of aviation products and services, has appointed Paul Hechenberger as senior vice-president, general counsel and corporate secretary.
Hechenberger brings over 40 years of legal and aerospace experience with him, having held senior roles at the iAero Group, Spirit AeroSystems and BBA Aviation, and most recently as a partner at Shutts & Bowen. A US Navy veteran, he retired as captain after 30 years of service.
Aersale offers airlines with aftermarket services, including aircraft and component MRO, engine sales and leasing, and engineered solutions, to improve aircraft performance. CEO Nicolas Finazzo said Hechenberger’s expertise will support the company’s growth strategy. (ah)
